It is with the Holy Spirit that we are to speak of Jesus and what He has done for you and me. This is how the apostles and disciples spoke as they ministered in the beginning of the Church. We read how Peter was filled with the Holy Spirit when he addressed the council of rulers and elders. (Acts 4:8.) We read how the gospel was preached to the church with the Holy Spirit. (1 Peter 1:12.) We read in Paul's first letter to the Corinthians,

And no man can (really) say, Jesus is (my) Lord, except under the power and influence of the Holy Spirit.

1 Corinthians 12:3 - Amplified Bible

When you and I speak and minister under the power and influence of the Holy Spirit it brings life to those who receive us. It happens through us as Jesus foretold it would when He said,

He that believeth on Me, as the Scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. But this spake He of the Spirit, which they that believe on Him should receive.
